Rodica holds the role of Data Intelligence Lead in Publicis Groupe since June 2020, having worked with the Groupe for the last 17 years.
In 2012 she founded Consumer & Business Insight department in Starcom Romania ensuring consumer understanding and communication efficiency measurement services for all agency’s clients. In the past 2 years she extended data analysis & research capabilities at Publicis Groupe Level bringing together a team of experts in the fields of research, statistics, advanced analytics, data sciences and the development of BI tools.
